All silos are totally watertight with tight lids, preventing water entry, in turn it also prevents any type of foraging activities caused by insects, micro-organisms and animals entering. The feed is preserved from outbreaks such as salmonella and fungi.

The joints are screwed tight, and sealed with neoprene putty for perfect water tightness, the lid cover, which includes an opening system from the floor, is also built in smooth galvanised sheet. The galvanised sheet bracings and legs are made of omega profile. The external ladder leads to an easy opening hatch at the top.
