The objective of this system is to lower the temperature by mixing ventilation air flow pressurised misting. This is a good alternatively to evaporative cooling and gives further provision to spray directly over the animals. Depending on the size of the mist particle and output pressure (high or low) this cooling can use sprinklers, nozzles or hose nozzles.

EXAFAN's high pressure system cools with evaporative cooling. Evaporative cooling is a simple but effective method, where water requires heat calories to evaporate, it takes 600 calories from the environment for every gram of water that is incorporated into the air. The environment will be cooler the more water evaporates.
Low pressure nozzle: Low / medium pressure nozzle, stainless steel and pvc body; with 20 mm pipe clamps.
High pressure groups: EXAFAN has developed a range of high pressure groups (40 Atmospheric pressure) with flow rates that go from 600 l/h to 1,800 l/h, and can even make installations to measure.
