EXAFAN's single or double glazed plastic air inlet is a great solution for having natural light; also it is a major defence between the outside and the animal housing. Depending on the installation, to open the inlets, this motor winch has adaptable output connections: reel connection, strap connection or tube connection, those commonly used for windows, curtains or air inlets.
Exafan has designed the Goliat reduction motor to accomplish precise control on each air inlet, free- access holes, ridges, or any other inlet systems used. This motor offers a load-carrying capacity of 800 kg with hoist. It has its own back-up electricity system and greater still is fully adaptable to the needs of each farm.
A complete system that has two possible ways of control: Manual or automatic.
The ECM equipment has been designed to adjust air inlets at precisely the right pitch. Incorporating a battery makes the equipment work regardless of the likelihood of a power cut, working an efficient backup system, ensuring a constant opening/closing and accurate movement of the air inlet. It also incorporates a gear motor that is both robust and durable.
Due to the working characteristics within livestock breeding, particularly on pig farms, we find multiple collections of control equipment. To improve the direct control and monitoring of these farms, EXAFAN has created software to control all this equipment from a central PC.
